Each pet has their own separate run or enclosure.

The fee for boarding at A1 Pet Motel works on a per calendar day rate. Daily charges are calculated as follows. You will be charged for the day your pet is left for boarding regardless of the time of check in. Providing your Pet is collected before 10am you will not be charged for that day. Part day rates are not available.

Advance bookings are recommended for school holidays, Christmas, Easter and the Country Music Festival as these are very busy times for A1 Pet Motel. Non – refundable deposits may also be required .

A1 Pet Motel is open during set hours only.

Pets can not be collected or left with A1 Pet Motel outside of these hours.

A pick up and delivery service is available for an additional charge to certain areas. However Pets can not be collected from, or delivered to, an unattended residence.

Pick up from, and delivery to, the Tamworth Airport are our specialty. We encourage interstate and city based travellers to compare the quality and price of A1 Pet Motel Tamworth as an alternative to leaving your pet in a city or city fringe complex.

A1 Pet Motel Tamworth prides itself on maintaining a clean and fresh complex. All animals on premises are free of worms and fleas. Before bringing your pet to the complex, you must treat your pet for fleas and worms. Any animals that are found to be infected will be treated and the cost of the treatment will be charged to the owner.

All animals staying at A1 Pet Motel Tamworth must have up to date vaccinations certificates which must be provided to A1 Pet Motel prior to check in. As a minimum standard C5 vaccination is required for dogs, and F3 vaccination is required for cats. Without proof of vaccinations, A1 Pet Motel will not accept your pet.
