Built from scratch the entire pet motel is constructed to cyclone code. It has been ensured that all Department of Agriculture regulations have been adhered to or exceeded.

The modern boarding facilities are safe and secure, with heating and cooling to ensure your pet is beyond the realm of comfort.

Your pet is not just an animal, they are part of the family. As such we at A1 Pet Motel endeavor to take all possible care of your prized pet while they are left in our care. As a result we never house different owners pets together in the same run. Also we request that all dogs and cats be free of worms and fleas. Any pets found to be infected will be treated and any expenses will be charged to the owner.

Proof of current vaccination is required, as per Department of Agriculture regulations, at time of check in.

Should your pet require a pick up or delivery, such a service is available for a small charge. Please contact us in regards to such arrangements as we can not leave your pet at an unattended residence, plus there are some restrictions as to the delivery or pick up locations.
